About Jordan Pham
Jordan started building Figma plugins out of frustration with repetitive manual design tasks that seemed obviously automatable. After publishing a first small utility plugin to solve a personal workflow annoyance, the positive community response led to a genuine ongoing interest in plugin development alongside regular design work.
Over the past 7 years, Jordan has:
- Worked as a UX/UI designer across multiple product teams and design systems
- Published several plugins on the Figma Community, collectively used by thousands of designers
- Helped countless designers discover and effectively use plugins to speed up their actual workflow
- Developed a practical understanding of which plugins genuinely save time versus which add more complexity than benefit
